Iron Hire Group LLC provides healthcare recruiting and staffing services including:

• Locum Tenens physician and provider placement
• Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staffing for NPs, PAs, and CRNAs
• Permanent physician and provider placement
• Allied health and mid-level staffing
• Dental and medical practice recruiting
• Credentialing coordination and onboarding support

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and for organizations operating legally in the United States. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Clients engaging Iron Hire Group for staffing services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding hiring needs, roles, and requirements
• Respond to candidate submissions and communications in a timely and professional manner
• Honor agreed-upon fee arrangements and payment terms as outlined in the Client Services Agreement
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Notify Iron Hire Group promptly of any changes to hiring needs, filled positions, or placements

Specific fee arrangements, placement guarantees, and terms are outlined in a separate Client Services Agreement.

Candidates submitting information to Iron Hire Group agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding qualifications and credentials
• Notify Iron Hire Group promptly of changes to availability, licensure, or employment status
• Maintain active and valid professional licenses and certifications as required for placement
• Engage professionally and honestly throughout the recruiting and placement process

Iron Hire Group reserves the right to withdraw placement efforts if inaccurate or misleading information is discovered at any stage.

Fees for recruiting and placement services are established in separate written agreements between Iron Hire Group and client organizations. Submission of candidate information does not constitute a fee obligation until a placement agreement is fully executed.

Iron Hire Group does not charge candidates any fees for placement services.

Iron Hire Group treats all candidate and client information with strict confidentiality. Candidate information will not be shared with prospective employers without the candidate's knowledge. Client hiring requirements and business information will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

SMS consent data collected by Iron Hire Group will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Iron Hire Group does not guarantee employment, placement, interviews, or assignment offers for any candidate. Submission of information or engagement of our services does not create an employment relationship between Iron Hire Group and any candidate or client employee.

All content on the Iron Hire Group website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Iron Hire Group LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any website content is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iron Hire Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Iron Hire Group's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific placement giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iron Hire Group LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Iron Hire Group is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites. We encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit independently.

Iron Hire Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Nevada.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed Client Services Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron Hire Group LLC with respect to your use of our services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.
