Registered Nurse

Location: Willow Creek, CA Position Type: Part-Time Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and clinical level Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a part-time Registered Nurse in Willow Creek, California. This outpatient nursing opportunity focuses on patient triage, clinical support, care coordination, and collaboration with physicians and other members of the care team. Responsibilities • Perform clinical triage by phone and in person • Support patient visits and nursing procedures • Assess patient concerns and escalate appropriately • Administer medications and vaccines as ordered • Coordinate with providers regarding patient needs • Educate patients and families • Support chronic disease management and follow-up • Maintain timely EHR documentation • Participate in care-team communication and quality initiatives • Provide clinical support to other team members as appropriate Qualifications • ADN or BSN required • Current California RN license • Current BLS/CPR certification • Previous nursing experience preferred • Strong clinical judgment • Effective communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Compensation • Competitive hourly pay • Compensation varies by experience and clinical level • Additional differentials may be available for qualifying education or skills About Iron Hire Group Iron Hire Group is a nationwide healthcare and dental recruiting and staffing firm providing permanent placement, locum tenens, and per diem staffing solutions.
