Registered Nurse

Location: Eureka, CA Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: up to $56/hr, with additional earning potential based on qualifications Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a Registered Nurse in Eureka, California. This outpatient clinical position combines direct patient care, triage, care coordination, and collaboration with providers. The RN will serve as an important member of the clinical team and help patients access appropriate care in a timely manner. Responsibilities • Perform telephone and in-person clinical triage • Assess patient needs and determine appropriate next steps • Support scheduled nursing visits • Administer medications and immunizations as ordered • Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff • Educate patients and families • Support chronic care and follow-up activities • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR • Respond appropriately to urgent clinical situations • Provide clinical guidance to support staff when appropriate • Participate in quality and team-based care initiatives Qualifications • ADN or BSN • Current California RN license • Current BLS/CPR certification • Previous clinical experience preferred • Strong communication and patient assessment skills • Comfortable working in a collaborative outpatient environment • Experience with electronic medical records preferred Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly compensation $40-$56/hr • Additional compensation may be available based on education, experience, or qualifying skills • Comprehensive employee benefits • Professional development opportunities About Iron Hire Group Iron Hire Group is a nationwide healthcare and dental recruiting and staffing firm providing permanent placement, locum tenens, and per diem staffing solutions.
