General Dentist

Location: Wichita, KS Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $800-$1,200 per day plus production percentage Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a full-time General Dentist in Wichita, Kansas. This position offers the opportunity to provide preventive and restorative dental care to children and families in a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering a positive patient experience. The General Dentist will diagnose and treat dental conditions, perform necessary procedures, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the clinical team to provide comprehensive oral healthcare. Compensation & Benefits • $800-$1,200 daily rate • Production-based compensation opportunity • Signing bonus up to $25,000 • Relocation assistance up to $10,000 • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid holidays • Paid malpractice coverage • Continuing education stipend Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care • Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and perform necessary procedures • Provide preventive and restorative dental treatment • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, oral health, and preventive practices • Help children and their caregivers establish excellent oral health habits • Stay informed on current dental treatment techniques and clinical best practices • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to provide an efficient and positive patient experience • Build relationships with neighboring practices and referring providers • Participate in provider meetings, team activities, and clinical communications • Support patient engagement and community outreach initiatives Qualifications • Current Kansas dental license in good standing • Strong interest in working with children and families • Ability to obtain or maintain an NPI number and Medicaid provider enrollment as required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage a diverse clinical workload • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and complete responsibilities accurately and on time About Iron Hire Group Iron Hire Group is a nationwide healthcare and dental recruiting and staffing firm providing permanent placement, locum tenens, and per diem staffing solutions.
