General Dentist

Location: Albuquerque, NM Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $800-$1,100 per day plus production percentage Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a full-time General Dentist in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This opportunity offers the chance to provide comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care to children and families while working alongside a collaborative clinical team. The General Dentist will diagnose and treat dental conditions, perform necessary procedures, educate patients and caregivers on oral health, and contribute to a patient-centered environment focused on quality care. Compensation & Benefits • $800-$1,100 daily rate • Production-based compensation opportunity • Signing bonus available • Relocation assistance available • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid holidays • Paid malpractice coverage • Continuing education stipend Responsibilities • Provide high-quality preventive and restorative dental care • Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and perform appropriate procedures • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations and preventive oral healthcare • Help children and families develop healthy oral hygiene habits • Stay current on dental treatment techniques and clinical best practices • Work collaboratively with clinical and support staff • Develop professional relationships with neighboring practices and referring providers • Participate in team meetings, provider discussions, and clinical communications • Support patient engagement and community outreach initiatives • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment Qualifications • Current New Mexico dental license in good standing • Strong interest in working with children and families • Ability to obtain or maintain an NPI number and Medicaid provider enrollment as required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to effectively manage a diverse clinical workload • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and complete responsibilities accurately and on time About Iron Hire Group Iron Hire Group is a nationwide healthcare and dental recruiting and staffing firm providing permanent placement, locum tenens, and per diem staffing solutions.
