General Dentist

Location: Colorado Springs, CO Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $700-$1,000 per day plus production percentage Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a full-time General Dentist in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who enjoys working with children and families and is passionate about providing high-quality preventive and restorative dental care. The General Dentist will diagnose and treat dental conditions, perform necessary procedures, educate patients and caregivers on oral health, and work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide a positive patient experience. Compensation & Benefits • $700-$1,000 daily rate • Production-based compensation opportunity • Signing bonus up to $15,000 • Relocation assistance up to $10,000 • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid holidays • Paid malpractice coverage • Continuing education stipend Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care • Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and perform appropriate procedures • Provide preventive and restorative dental treatment • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, oral health, and preventive practices • Help children and their caregivers develop healthy long-term oral hygiene habits • Maintain current knowledge of dental treatment techniques and clinical best practices • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience • Build professional relationships with referring providers and neighboring practices • Participate in team meetings, clinical discussions, and practice activities • Support community outreach and patient education efforts Qualifications • Current Colorado dental license in good standing • Strong interest in working with children and families • Ability to obtain or maintain an NPI number and Medicaid provider enrollment as required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to effectively manage a diverse clinical workload • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and complete responsibilities accurately and on time About Iron Hire Group Iron Hire Group is a nationwide healthcare and dental recruiting and staffing firm providing permanent placement, locum tenens, and per diem staffing solutions.
