Location: Aurora, CO Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $145,000-$165,000 annually Iron Hire Group is partnering with one of our healthcare clients to hire a full-time Optometrist in Aurora, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for an optometrist interested in providing comprehensive vision care to a diverse patient population, including children and families, in a supportive clinical environment. The Optometrist will provide preventive and restorative eye care, diagnose and treat vision-related conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Compensation & Benefits • $145,000-$165,000 annual compensation • Choice of a 4-day or 5-day workweek • Signing bonus up to $10,000 • Relocation assistance up to $5,000 • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Paid time off • Paid holidays • Paid malpractice coverage • Continuing education stipend Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, patient-centered optometric care • Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision and eye health conditions • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using accepted clinical and diagnostic techniques • Educate patients and caregivers regarding eye health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care • Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation, including medical and vision history • Refer patients to appropriate vision specialists when additional evaluation or treatment is necessary • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to provide an efficient and positive patient experience • Stay current on advances in optometric care, treatment techniques, and clinical best practices • Support a collaborative practice environment focused on patient care, teamwork, and professional growth Qualifications • Current Colorado optometry license in good standing • Strong interest in working with children and families • Ability to obtain or maintain an NPI number and Medicaid provider enrollment as required • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage a diverse patient workload • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete tasks accurately and on time About Iron Hire Group Iron Hire Group is a nationwide healthcare and dental recruiting and staffing firm providing permanent placement, locum tenens, and per diem staffing solutions.
